Our academic conversation tutors are here to help you enhance your confidence in diverse English conversation skills through weekly discussions about course topics. Your tutor will also be an important connection and resource for you as you navigate Weber State and higher education in the United States.

Make an Appointment with your Academic Conversation Tutor
Appointments are available on the Ogden campus. To schedule an appointment, use Starfish, call the Ogden Tutoring Center at 801-626-7484, or email apptutoring@weber.edu. Academic Conversation Tutors are also called "Multilingual Learner Tutors" in Starfish.
Some appointments will be held in the Ogden Tutoring Center in TY 101. Other appointments will be held in the World Language Tutoring Lab in Elizabeth Hall (EH 244). Your scheduling confirmation will tell you in which room your appointments will be held.
