Binderly Involvement App
WHAT IS BINDERLY?
Binderly is an app that allows our students to access ways to get involved and connect to campus. An involvement app was championed by our students in WSUSA as a way to find events and opportunities on campus.
The app includes an announcements section, links to important WSU websites, a social feed where you will find upcoming events, and a groups section where students can connect with Clubs & Orgs or any groups on campus.
Binderly offers a web version (just login on the website) and an app that can be downloaded for free from anywhere you get your apps.
HOW DO I GET MY THINGS ON BINDERLY?
Right now, Student Access & Success maintains this app.
Announcements Section
Student Communications is the only one who posts to the announcements, following the larger student comm plan. If you want something in the announcements and it is information pertinent to all students, contact Dani (daniellemckean@weber.edu).
Links Section
Student Communications maintains this section. If you want something added to the links section, contact Dani (daniellemckean@weber.edu).
Social Feed Section
Student Communications uploads events that they are already marketing for SAS. If you want access to upload your events that are open to all students, contact Dani (daniellemckean@weber.edu). Please note that the banner graphic for these posts needs to be 1200px wide and 570px tall (72 DPI JPG) for consistency.
Groups Section
If you have Clubs & Orgs or any group on campus, this is an amazing resource for you! The advisor will be given access to the app admin and can then give accss to the group leaders to maintain the group on the app. Students who want to know more about your group or who are part of the group can download the app and request to join the group.

Once you have access, you will find video tutorials under "get started" in the admin section. Look specifically under "admin training" and "overseeing groups" to find more info on groups. If you still have questions or want more training, reach out to hello@binderly.com.
