The Department of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is the home to the Annie Taylor Dee School of Nursing’s ACEN-accredited Registered Nurse to Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN) Program. For RNs with an associate's or diploma degree who want to take the next step in their professional progression, RN to BSN Program students take core courses that help them develop advanced skills. The RN to BSN Program prepares students for leadership through courses that enhance teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and care coordination. RN to BSN students will graduate with a better understanding of how to apply evidence to their practice.
The Department of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing offers this senior-level program in a flexible and 100% online format. RN to BSN Program students can choose to complete the program through an accelerated, traditional, or part-time program of study. Students also have the opportunity to take elective courses that can advance their nursing knowledge in specialty areas.
