Data Literacy Curriculum

The purpose of our curriculum is to build staff and faculty capacity to understand, interpret, and apply data for student success outcomes and institutional effectiveness.

Curriculum Structure

  • Introductory Courses: Build foundational skills and knowledge about data literacy and institutional data.

  • Student Life Cycle Core Courses: Explore key metrics and data related to student enrollment, retention & persistence, and graduation.

  • Role-Based Tracks: Discover tailored resources for Administrators (ASSET), Advisors (UAC), Department Chairs, and Campus Leadership.

  • Special Trainings: Dive into Special Topics, Business Processes, Strategic Planning Data, and Predictive Analytics.

To meet the diverse needs and schedules of faculty and staff, our curriculum includes:

  • Self-Paced, On-Demand Courses: Learn anytime, at your own pace with our Data Explorer Learning Pathway. Register through Learn Weber.
