Zoom AI Companion is approved for use at Weber State University when accessed through your WSU-authenticated Zoom account. It helps enhance meetings by summarizing discussions, identifying action items, and providing real-time insights to support collaboration and productivity.
Users can share Public Data and Non-Public Sensitive Data in meetings using Zoom AI if it is a meeting set up through WSU-authenticated Zoom Account. Restricted Data should not be shared in meetings using Zoom AI. If Zoom AI features are enabled, and should ensure that summaries and AI-generated content are reviewed for accuracy before sharing or storing.
