Gemini is available through your WSU-authenticated Google Workspace account and approved for use at Weber State University. It supports tasks such as drafting, summarizing, and researching within Google applications like Docs, Gmail, and Sheets.
Users are able to use Public Data with all versions of Gemini. Non-Public Sensitive Data can only be used with Gemini accessed through WSU-authenticated Google Workspace. Non-Public Restricted Data should not be used with Gemini. AI-generated content should always be reviewed carefully to ensure it is appropriate, accurate, and aligned with academic or professional goals.
