Before you start writing, follow these steps to ensure a smooth submission:
Download the Solicitation
Save a copy of the full RFP or guidelines for your records.
Check the Deadline
Note the submission date (and remember that OSP needs your final materials two business days prior).
Contact Your Rep
Reach out directly to your Assigned OSP Representative. They will help you review the guidelines, build your budget, and create a submission checklist.
Signature Authority & Submission
Per PPM 4-25, all grant applications and contracts must be officially signed and submitted by the Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP). Individual faculty and staff are not authorized to sign grant agreements or submit proposals on behalf of Weber State University without express written authorization from OSP.
