Wildcat Advantage

High Impact Educational Experiences (HIEEs)

HIEEs promote knowledge and skill development that is highly sought by employers and graduate programs.

Mentoring HIEE's

Participation in mentoring at Weber State is a HIEE and will help you along your path in the Wildcat Advantage Program. You can have the support of a mentor and/or be a mentor yourself. In either case, you’ll build relationships, learn with your peers and invest time in your academic and personal development.
