Advertise Your WSU Event
This is the main events calendar for Weber State. If you'd like to add an event, please visit this link to request access. Please include a 300 x 200 px image.
Your department/division most likely has a social media account you can use to create and advertise your event. Please check here to find your account and follow the Weber State social media guidelines discussed here. Email email@example.com for more information.
Weber State University's public relations office manages and sends the media relations calendar to promote coverage of Weber State events through TV, print, radio and social media. The calendar is sent at least one week prior to the start of the month in order to give media time to consider and research possible stories regarding WSU events. Please complete this form by the 15th of the month preceding your event if you would like it listed on this calendar. For questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
These are delivered daily via weber.edu email to those who have signed up to receive them. If you visit this link, you can see who in your department/division can do it for you. Do you need to do it yourself? You can request access on that same page.
If your event falls under the division of Student Affairs, please fill out this form one month before you would like to start advertising.

Weber State University wants to celebrate student successes. Using Merit Pages, we can send personalized news stories to students, their friends, family, high school and hometown newspapers. Whether a group of students participates in undergraduate research or service learning, wins a competition or succeeds academically, we want to be loud and proud about their accomplishments. For more information, please contact email@example.com.
Tablecloths, backdrops, and other display materials are available for free for Weber State-hosted events and/or booths under the "borrow display materials" link. A university cost code is required.
