Performance Review Enhancement Program (PREP)
PREP is our performance management system, which is hosted in the PeopleAdmin application in the portal. PREPs are conducted on an annual basis consistent with PPM 3-62. Probationary PREPs are held after six months of employment consistent with PPM 3-8.
Using job descriptions as benchmarks, staff is evaluated on five Core Performance Factors: Job Knowledge; Quality; Self-Management; Customer Service; and Community and Teamwork. There is also a specific factor for Leadership.
PREP cycles vary based on your department. For dates specific to your cycle, click on "My Employees' Reviews" and then click on individual employee names to see cycle dates.
