Transfer Student Advisement

Transferring to a new university is quite the journey! In order for me to provide you with the best information, complete as many of the below steps as you can prior to our appointment. The more information I have from the completed steps below, the more information I am able to give you about your remaining requirements. If you would like an to set an informational appointment prior to completing any of these steps, you can set a 30 minute appointment with me.

Book an Appointment

  1. Apply to Weber: The cost is $30. Apply
  2. Send your Transcripts: 
    Once you have applied, you need to send your official transcripts to Weber State. This is a unique process depending on the school you attended. 
  3. Set an Advisement Appointment:
    Once you have completed step 1 & 2, set an appointment 2 weeks out from the date you submitted your transcripts. This should allow the university enough time to articulate your information into your degree planning tool, CatTracks. You can book a 60 minute advisement appointment where we will map out your remaining requirements.

  4. Set up your online student portal, your finances, and complete orientation:

    Once you have been accepted, Click HERE: and complete steps 1-3  prior to or after our appointment. These steps will provide you with information you will need prior to registering for classes.
