You need to start the series and upload each vaccine dose as you get them. For hepatitis B, please upload the dose(s) that you have received, delete the pre-populated dates out of the other doses/titer, and submit. This will mark you partially complete. It is then the student's responsibility to use the student handbook and CDC guidelines for the dosing schedule to receive and upload each dose after administration. Verified Credentials will not send email reminders while the student is in a partially complete status. It is the student's responsibility to follow the timeline and upload the doses and titer per the SON student handbook. No deductions will be given if you are in a partially complete state and within the timeline for the next dose. Three percent deductions will begin starting the week after the next dose/titer is due.
