Aviva Health offers an APP Residency, with the next cohort beginning in November 2026. This 13-month program is designed to support newly graduated family nurse practitioners (FNPs) as they transition into independent clinical practice to strengthen clinical confidence, build professional competency, and deepen understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of serving in a rural community health center. Informational Webinars will be held on November 11, 2025, December 17, 2025, January 15, 2026, February 10, 2026, and March 4, 2026, from 6:00 – 7:00 PM PST to provide interested students the opportunity to meet the team, receive an overview of Aviva Health, learn about the APP residency program, understand how to apply and deadlines, and ask questions.
