The Richard Richards Ethical Leadership program is about maximizing who you are and how to be your most successful self as a leader. The outcome of this program, through highly participative dialog and practicums, is a leader who knows what they stand for and how to articulate it to inspire and motivate individuals, teams and organizations to change and grow and succeed. Based on the research of Dr. Kouzes & Dr. Posner, authors of The Leadership Challenge.

Program Details

This is a professional development program and graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion that can be used on their resume to acknowledge this achievement. This is not a Weber State University course and no college credit is given. All program costs are covered by the Institute for students ($2,000 value).
