Q: Can I make a correction or change to an evaluation I already submitted?
A: If the evaluation window is still open, you can edit your response by navigating to your Blue Homepage from the app in the eWeber portal. From there, click on tasks in the upper right hand corner.

This will pull up a list of all evaluations. Click on "Update" to make any corrections or changes.

Q: My instructor requires/requests proof that I have completed by course evaluation. How do I do that?
A: After you finish your evaluations, you will receive an email with a link to a downloadable certificate. Providing this certificate will not compromise the confidentiality of your responses. Faculty will not receive any response data until after final grades are posted. The reports do not contain any student indentification, unless a student includes their name in the open-ended responses. Alternatively, you can take a screenshot of your "Tasks" page after logging in to the Blue App from the eWeber portal. If you are a nursing student, the screenshot from your "Tasks" page will show the Weber State course evaluations and your End-of-Program Nursing evaluations, if applicable.
Q: Who has access to the course evaluation data?
A: The data from course evaluations are included in promotion and tenure decisions for your instructors. Consequently, department chairs, deans, and other administrators will have access to the data. The data provided to faculty, department chairs, college deans, and other administrators does not contain any personally indentifying information. The Blue Explorance system administrators are the only ones with access to the raw data with student information. This raw data is not shared with faculty.
