Please have your W# and a form of photo ID prior to our meeting. You will be asked to turn on your camera and provide this information for security purposes.
We can help you with the start of your journey, including: new student appointments, major exploration, creating your class schedule through registration, and locating campus resources. We can also help you with difficulties along your pathway, including: general academic advising, financial aid suspension appeals, working through bounceback holds, or whatever else you may need to succeed. Get Your Ducks In a Row and Prepare for the Fall Semester
To prioritize student success, we will begin meeting with new/first-time students after the High School Dual Enrollment Celebration on April 17th.
Fall 2026 Registration Dates
- Class Schedule Released: March 23, 2026
- View your Registration Date in your eWeber portal: March 23, 2026
- Your personal registration date is assigned based on how many credit hours you have completed and do not count in progress courses.
- Registration Officially Begins: April 6, 2026
Before Getting to Weber
AP Scores
Send official scores via College Board. Check the AP Guidelines for credit eligibility. Submit the Application for Test Credit once scores are sent.
Housing
Housing: Applications open Feb. 1, 2026. Apply early to secure your spot!
Transcripts
Search your previous school’s name + "Official Transcript" to request a transfer (e.g., SLCC or USU). Note: Processing fees may apply.
Wildcard (Student ID)
Your Wildcard is digital! Once added to your phone, it grants access to the library, testing centers, gym, health center, and all athletic events.
While Waiting for Weber Welcome Advising & Registration Event
Resource Information Wildcat Email Every Wildcat Account includes access to a University email address through which you will get official WSU electronic information. Duo Mobile Duo is a required two-factor authentication system Weber State uses to protect your accounts in the event that your password is stolen or compromised. New Student Orientation Modules Required, self-paced modules that take about 90 minutes to complete. They include everything you need to know to get started at Weber State. Parking Services Avoid parking tickets—research parking permits and services before you arrive. WSU WiFi Set up eduroam for a secure, campus-wide internet connection.
