Concurrent Enrollment  

Take concurrent enrollment courses in high school and work towards or complete one of the many certificates offered by Weber State University.

Certificates:

Earn either of the following certificates while still in high school.

Programming Essentials Certificate of Proficiency (16 credit hours)


Web Essentials Certificate of Proficiency (17 credit hours)


Cybersecurity Essentials Certificate of Proficiency

Get Started:

  1. Contact your high school CTE coordinator to see what courses are available at your high school.
  2. Apply to Weber State University. 
  3. Complete the course requirements and received a certificate from WSU.

Credits earned in the certificate count toward an Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degree at Weber State University

Pathway:

Step 1 - High School

Earn the Programming Essentials Certificate of Proficiency or Web Essentials Certificate of Proficiency

Those 16-17 credit will be applied to an Associate of Applied Science
