Tips when Scheduling an Advising Appointment

• Please have your W# and a form of photo ID prior to our meeting. For zoom appointments, you will be asked to turn on your camera and provide this information for security purposes.
• All appointments are 30 minutes and are Mountain Standard Time (Utah time)
• Current students are students who have a W# and have been admitted to Weber. Non WSU students have not been admitted to Weber and do not have a W#.
• Graduation MAPs - A semester-by-semester plan for taking all classes needed to earn your degree
• General Education recommendations - List of recommended gen eds to "double dip" with major requirements

10:30 am - 1:30 pm Monday-Thursday

In addition to scheduled appointments, walk-in advising is available in person on the Ogden Campus. Walk-in meetings are limited to 15 minutes and are intended for quick questions, such as a single-semester schedule. Multi-semester plans are not made during drop-in appointments.

Face-to-face walk-in hours are available most days during the spring and fall. Walk-in schedules are regularly updated on this website, and are subject to change based on availability.
