Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC) of ABET

The Weber State University Computer Science BS program is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC) of ABET, under the commission's General Criteria and Program Criteria for Computer Science.  The Cybersecurity and Network Management BS program is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the commission’s General Criteria with no applicable program criteria. 

Affordable tuition and fees

Getting a school of computing degree at Weber State University is affordable.  Tuition and fees at Weber State are considerably lower than the national average for private and public institutions as well as compared to other programs in the Utah System of Higher Education.

Small class sizes

Our average class size range from 18-24 students and will not exceed 24 students--even in introductory classes.  This provides one-on-one instruction and interaction with our world-class faculty.  

Our program accommodates students in any phase of life.  Many of our courses are taught during both semesters as well as during the evenings in order to better fit the needs of non-traditional students.
