Officer Meeting Location & Time:

• C&O Officer Meetings will be held in-person for the 2025-26 academic year
• One meeting on Wednesday and one meeting on Thursday of every month (dates below), all meetings start at 3pm
  • Clubs and organizations are only required to have one representative attend one meeting (either Wednesday or Thursday) each month

  • September - Welcome and Overview/Reminders: Sept. 10 (in SU 321) or Sept. 11 (in SU 320) | 3pm
  • October - Group Travel Training: Oct. 15 (in SU 321) or Oct. 16 (in SU 321) | 3pm
  • November - Safe@Weber: Sexual Assault Prevention Training: ONLINE ONLY - See make-up option below
• SPRING SEMESTER
  • January - Office of Equal Opportunity Overview, Discrimination and Harassment: Jan. 14 (in SU 320) or Jan. 15 (in SU 320) | 3pm
  • February - CANCELLED
  • March - Officer Transition: March 25 (in SU 321) or March 26 (in SU 320) | 3pm
