2025-26 Officer Meetings
Officer Meeting Location & Time:
- C&O Officer Meetings will be held in-person for the 2025-26 academic year
- One meeting on Wednesday and one meeting on Thursday of every month (dates below), all meetings start at 3pm
- Clubs and organizations are only required to have one representative attend one meeting (either Wednesday or Thursday) each month
2025-26 Dates of Meetings:
- FALL SEMESTER
- September - Welcome and Overview/Reminders: Sept. 10 (in SU 321) or Sept. 11 (in SU 320) | 3pm
- October - Group Travel Training: Oct. 15 (in SU 321) or Oct. 16 (in SU 321) | 3pm
- November - Safe@Weber: Sexual Assault Prevention Training: ONLINE ONLY - See make-up option below
- SPRING SEMESTER
- January: Jan. 14 (in SU 320) or Jan. 15 (in SU 320) | 3pm
- February: Feb. 11 (in SU 321) or 12 (in SU 321) | 3pm
- March: March 25 (in SU 321) or March 26 (in SU 320) | 3pm
Officer Meeting Make-up Option:
- FALL SEMESTER
- September
- Review the September Officer Meeting presentation slides
- Complete the quiz
- October
- Review all information and links under the Travel section of the Forms & Resources page of the C&O website
- Complete the quiz
- November
- Type "Safe @ Weber for Students" in eWeber search bar, click link
- Once taken to new page, click "Start Course"
- September
