Study Abroad

The Department of World Languages & Cultures at Weber State University is committed to offering students a diverse learning experience. As part of that commitment, study abroad programs are regularly scheduled. Study abroad programs give you the opportunity to experience the world as your classroom, opening your eyes to culture, history and a new language or your heritage.

What types of Study Abroad Programs are there?

Faculty-led study abroad programs are usually short-term (3 to 6 weeks) scheduled during the summer semester. For summer 2021, we are offering programs in France, Japan, and Spain. Please, select a program for more information:

Semester abroad programs are usually long-term (one semester to a full year) scheduled during the academic year. We regularly offer semester abroad programs in Germany and Japan.
