Phoenix Achievement Scholarship
The Phoenix Achievement Scholarship was established by a private donor to support students minoring in the Women & Gender Studies Program at Weber State University, and enhance the education students about women and gender issues generally across campus.
The scholarship is awarded annually to one or more students with a declared minor in the Women and Gender Studies Program. It can be used to fund tuition, fees, and/or books for the qualified student(s). Preference will go to non-traditional students, defined as 25 years of age or older. If there is not a non-traditional student who meets the following criteria, the scholarship can then be awarded to a traditional student who participates in the Women & Gender Studies Program.
