Cindy Reinhard
As Strategic Initiatives & Employee Engagement Manager, Cindy Reinhard empowers individuals to uncover their unique talents and potential. She is committed to cultivating workplaces where people thrive and find great satisfaction in their daily contributions. She champions the conviction that the strongest organizations are built on employees who know their worth, pursue growth, and inspire excellence in those around them.
Raised in Montana, Cindy is a country girl at heart. She and her husband are raising three children, and she enjoys reading, hiking, and staying active in the community.

As the IT Learning and Engagement Manager at Weber State University, Ty leads professional development, digital fluency, and organizational learning initiatives. Over the past 13 years, he has driven strategic efforts that enhance employee skills, strengthen collaboration, and support a culture of growth and innovation across campus.

Kyle Peterson

Kyle Peterson
Kyle Peterson is an IT Learning and Development Specialist for IT. He has been with the university for 10 years, withsix of those in the current role. Kyle finds fulfillment in creating an "A-HA" moment for faculty and staff and finding ways to improve outcomes for all. His role encompasses training and learning support for many of the software and tools you use on campus such as Adobe, Google, Zoom, and AI tools such as Google Gemini and NotebookLM. On top of that Kyle does Marketing for internal audiences from IT and also produces the game presentation for Weber State Football.

Shandel Hadlock

Shandel Hadlock
Shandel is the Assistant Director of Instructional Design for WSU Online. She coordinates training events that help faculty sharpen their skills in Canvas, course design, and instructional technology. Some of the main events she coordinates include the Canvas Back-to-School training, the eLearning Certificate Program, and the Spring Course Design Challenge. Shandel has served in many roles across WSU and brings an interest in training and professional development to the Training Council.

Jennifer Evans
Jennifer Evans has been sharing her passion for learning with the WSU community for more than 20 years. She believes everyone has an innate desire to develop their talents, and she loves helping others increase their knowledge and capabilities.
An Ogden native and Weber State graduate, Jennifer now lives in Weber County. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she performs with the Skyward Symphony and serves on the American Cancer Society of Utah advisory board.

Raeanna Johnson

Raeanna Johnson
As the Employee Wellness and Benefits Manager at Weber State University, Raeanna Johnson has developed a deep understanding of the specific needs and interests of the university workforce regarding wellness and benefits information.
Her diverse background, including a BS in Human Performance Management, a BS in Health Promotion, and an MS in Education, enables her to translate complex topics into accessible and actionable training content. Raeanna is dedicated to empowering the university community through effective and relevant online learning opportunities.

Daniel Jensen

Daniel Jensen
Daniel Jensen, Ed.D, is currently the Data Training and Communication Manager out of the Office of Student Success Analytics at Weber State University where he supports faculty and staff with on demand data literacy courses, data tool and dashboard training resources, and live training events. His recently completed dissertation focused on perceptions of predictive analytics and early alert systems.
With over a decade of experience in higher education, Daniel has helped faculty, staff and students develop data literacy skills, enhance academic advising practices, create effective assessment strategies, and implement strategic planning initiatives to improve student outcomes and institutional effectiveness.

Camille Gooch
Student Pathways Advisor Training
Camille Gooch
Camille Gooch is the Student Pathways Advisor Training Manager at Weber State. During her 20+ years in the advising field, she has led many advising initiatives including new advisor onboarding, academic recovery and early alert programs, software implementation, and academic transition advising. Camille has held leadership roles with the Utah Advising Association and WSU's University Academic Advising Council and currently serves as treasurer of the Staff Advisory Council.
Camille holds a bachelor's degree from Utah State University and a master of business administration from Weber State. In her free time, she enjoys walks, yoga, biking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
