TCO Certified

AND/OR

Refurbished by a supplier or facility that is third-party certified by e-Stewards, Responsible Recycling (R2), BSI Kitemark, or local equivalent in countries where these certifications are not available

Minimum Criteria

ENERGY STAR, EU Energy A, or local equivalent

Third-party certified to an ISO Type I ecolabel or sustainability standard for electronics not recognized as preferable

Extended producer responsibility (e.g., a closed-loop or product take-back program)

Refurbished without a qualifying third-party certification
