The EAST PS and ME Study Abroad 2026 program offers an immersive international experience across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France from April 29 to May 16, 2026. Based primarily at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences in Germany, this interdisciplinary program connects students from Professional Sales, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering Technology to study global engineering, sustainability, and communication. Through coursework, site visits, and collaboration with European peers, participants explore how sustainability and cultural context influence design, product development, and professional communication. The program emphasizes hands-on learning and cross-cultural understanding to prepare students for careers in international business, sales, and engineering.
Selection Criteria:
- Must be enrolled in one of the approved majors: Professional Sales, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Must have completed the appropriate prerequisite courses for enrolled classes.
- Must be in sufficient physical condition to travel internationally and walk at least five miles per day without assistance.
- Must be able to participate fully in all scheduled coursework and site visits.
- Maximum group size: 25 students.
