Supply Chain Management in Cuba

Program Details

Supply Chain Management in Cuba is a faculty-led study abroad program exploring how supply chains operate in a restricted, government-controlled economy. Students will experience Cuba’s unique economy firsthand—visiting factories, farms, private enterprises, economists, cultural leaders, and legal experts. Academic sessions begin in March, followed by an immersive cultural and academic experience in Havana and Viñales.

Students will analyze Cuban supply chains, compare private and government-run operations, and develop a final project on how U.S.–Cuba trade could function if economic restrictions were lifted.
