The following link opens the training presentation. Read and study each of the 31 slides until you understand and know all of the material. The presentation is best viewed with Internet Explorer.
After becoming familiar with the training material take the first quiz. Quizzes can be accessed from the last slide of the training presentation or from the list below. You only need to pass one of the quizzes to complete this requirement. If you do not pass the first quiz you will need to take the next quiz until you pass. Each quiz can only be taken once.
