  Adobe Acrobat Sign is an enhancement to Adobe Acrobat which allows a user to send PDFs via email address to obtain signatures from an individual or group of people in an appropriate order. 

• Is Adobe Acrobat Sign part of the Creative Cloud? 

  No. Adobe Acrobat Sign is part of the Document Cloud along with Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Acrobat Sign is a separate license from the Creative Cloud license. You can request a license here.

• Does my Creative Cloud license cover Adobe Acrobat Sign? 

  No. Adobe Acrobat Sign is a separate license used to enhance Adobe Acrobat. You need to obtain the license separately. You can obtain a license for Adobe Sign by filling out this form.

• How do I obtain my license?

  You can obtain your license by filling out the form linked here. Your request will be reviewed for eligibility and you will receive confirmation via email generally within 24 hours. 

• How do I know if I am eligible to receive an Adobe Acrobat Sign license?

  After filling out the form, your request will be evaluated for eligibility. If your use cases align with the uses outlined in the form, then your chances of obtaining a license are very good. 

• How long will I have my license?

  If you are actively using your license, the license will be available to you for as long as we have a current contract. The number of signatures an employee can use will vary as needs arise.

• Is there training available for Adobe Acrobat Sign?

• How do I track signatures?

  Once you've created a document to send out for signatures, you have control over the path it goes and should be able to track in the system who is next to sign, etc.

• Where do I store my Adobe Acrobat Sign documents?

  Departments should be responible for storing and tracking official Adobe Acrobat Sign documents. The only approved location for those digital file is Box.
