Elections

Are you a passionate staff member who wants your voice heard? Do you know a staff member who would represent staff well? You and/or a colleague have the opportunity to serve on the Staff Advisory Committee (SAC)! Every spring semester the SAC accepts nominations for exempt and non-exempt staff who succeed outgoing SAC members in one or more of the following divisions:

Administrative Services/University Advancement/President’s Office

Academic Affairs

Student Affairs

Information Technology

Eligible nominees are university employees who hold salaried, non-faculty positions at .75 FTE or greater per fiscal year. You can nominate yourself or someone you know.  Each committee member serves a 3-year term and represents all areas of campus.

Administrative Services/University Advancement/President's Office: 
1 exempt staff member

Academic Affairs: 
2 exempt staff member    

Student Affairs: 
1 exempt staff member  
1 non-exempt staff member (to complete a term vacated early, 2019 - 2020)

Nomination Requests accepted via Google Form: March 28 - April 5, 2019

Candidate Information Requests: April 8 - 12, 2019

Voting takes place: April 17 - 23, 2019

Notify Elected Members: May 2, 2019
