- Interview pool will contain >15% of students from diverse* backgrounds by 2025.
- Student cohorts will contain >15% of students from diverse* backgrounds by 2030.
Attrition rate of <5% due to academic deficiencies.
*Diverse Backgrounds: underrepresented minorities in medicine (Black/African American, Native American, Latinx), economically disadvantaged, history of military service, first-generation college students.
