The AV Systems and Design team designs, implements, and maintains audiovisual systems across the university to enhance teaching, learning, and collaboration. Our team works closely with faculty and staff to create custom AV solutions that meet the university’s evolving needs. We ensure systems are user-friendly, reliable, and seamlessly integrated into the campus infrastructure. By providing ongoing support and regular upgrades, we deliver high-quality AV experiences for classrooms, conference rooms, and event spaces.
Services
The AV Systems and Design team manages a comprehensive list of standard classroom technology configurations, which ensures essential functionalities such as projection, computer use, laptop connectivity, and virtual meeting support. This list serves as the foundation for classroom AV designs. It includes key services such as AV design, AV system support, classroom technology assistance, digital signage, and Zoom integration, all aimed at enhancing the teaching and learning experience.
