Find a Team
Participants that want to play intramurals sports but do not have a team to join are considered free agents. There are a variety of ways a free agent may join a team, whether it be through DSE online, social media post, or even showing up to the game/court.
Register Online as a Free Agent
Step 1- Purchase a League Membership
- Log into your DSE account from the intramural dashboard.
- Complete all requested information in your account.
- Click “IM Membership Required for Leagues!” on the right side of the dashboard under “News."
- Select which IM Membership applies to you and complete the purchasing process.
Step 2- Register as a Free Agent
- Select the league you want to register for and select “Register as Free Agent.”
- You will need to enter some information about yourself like your skill level, position, type of team you want to join, etc. You can change this information later.
- As teams are added to the league, team captains can manually add Free Agents to their team roster. If you are interested in joining a team and haven’t been added yet, you can reach out to the Intramural staff for assistance (801-626-7967).

Come Out To The Fields & Courts!
Many teams during Intramural Sports Contests are looking for players right before the game starts. By being at the game site ready to play can be an easy way to join a team. Just reach out to the teams and see if they need another player!
