Description
Physical activity courses intended to engage students in the sport of Ultimate Frisbee. Students will learn techniques, drills and games to assist with the development of skills and competitive game play.
Prerequisites & Equipment
Students must be able to participate in physical activity exercises. Equipment will be provided by the instructor and activity program.
Schedule & Location
Level I, Level II and Level III courses are typically taught in fall and spring semester.
