PE 1080 - Strength Training, Level I
PE 1081 - Strength Training, Level II
PE 1082 - Strength Training, Level III


Physical activity courses that engage students in neuromuscular conditioning. Course subject matter will include neuromuscular conditioning, developing strength training programs and learning and practicing proper lifting techniques.

Prerequisites & Equipment

Students must be able to participate in physical activity exercises. Equipment will be provided by the instructor and activity program.

Schedule & Location

Strength Training courses are typically taught in fall, spring and summer semester.
