PE 1055 - Pilates


A physical activity course that introduces students to Pilates training; a mind-body exercise program designed to tone the body, stabilize the core, improve balance and increase flexibility.

Prerequisites & Equipment

Students must be able to participate in physical activity exercises. Equipment will be provided by the instructor and activity program.

Schedule & Location

Pilates is typically taught in fall, spring and summer semester.
