PE 1068 - Kettlebell Conditioning
A vigorous introductory physical conditioning course primarily utilizing kettlebells. Exercises designed to enhance strength, power, endurance and agility will be emphasized.
Prerequisites & Equipment
Students must be able to participate in physical activity exercises. Equipment will be provided by the instructor and activity program.

Kettlebell Conditioning courses are typically taught in fall, spring and summer semester.
