Grade Requirements
A combined GPA of 3.0 is required for all courses used toward the major. No grade lower than a “C” is acceptable.
Credit Hour Requirements
Students must complete the required major coursework within their selected emphasis area. Any Physical Education Professional course older than 8 years will not be accepted toward degree requirements.
Prerequisite
Students selecting the physical education teaching major must meet Department of Teacher Education admission and licensure requirements.
Minor
Students within the Physical Education Teaching emphasis are required to complete a teaching minor.
