Move-In: Spring 2026

We are so excited to welcome you to your campus home!
Below you will find instructions and resources to help ensure a successful move-in experience.  

#1 Preparing for Move-In

Mobile Wildcard Set-Up

BEFORE you move in, you must have your mobile Wildcard set up. Your mobile Wildcard is how we grant you access to your building and room. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK-IN UNTIL YOUR MOBILE WILDCARD IS FULLY SET UP.

Note: Keys & Wildcard must be on your person at all times. Loaning or duplicating your keys or Wildcard is strictly prohibited. You are to present your Wildcard when requested by housing personnel. 

Packing List

We get many requests for packing lists. Keep in mind that “less is more." We do not offer additional storage and your room has limited space.

Optional Packing List

Here you can find an optional/suggested list of items to help get you started while packing. Pets are prohibited. Students with service animals must go through the Disabilities Services and housing approval processes.

#2 Move-In Weekend:
January 2nd & 3rd 2026!


We will have staff available from 9am-5pm but you are welcome to come later, just make sure to call the after-hours number listed on the door to get assistance with your check-in.

Wildcat Village

This is a map showing the path to Wildcat Village from Harrison Blvd. You will drive east on E 4100 S and turn right into the Wildcat Village parking lot, specifically the parking lot near Resident Hall #2 also known as Stewart Wasatch Hall. University Village

This is a map showing the path to University Village from Harrison Blvd. You will drive east on E 4600 S and turn right into the University Village parking lot, specifically the parking lot near the Community Center. Spring 2026 Check-In will be in the main offices of each building. The main office for Wildcat Village is located in RH2 (Stewart Wasatch Hall) and the main office for University Village is located in the Community Center.

  1. You must bring a photo ID & W# to get your keys. 
  2. A Housing Staff member will check you in and give you your keys.
  3. You can then drive to your assigned building to unload your belongings and move in. 
  4. If you need help with meal plans, mobile wildcard troubleshooting, the campus will be open for Saturday Hours on January 3rd from 10am-2pm.
