*CONTINUING RESIDENTS:
APPLY BY MARCH 6 TO GET PRIORITY ROOM SELECTION (CHOOSE YOUR ROOM AND ROOMMATES)!
CONTINUING RESIDENTS ALSO GET THEIR APPLICATION FEE WAIVED.
*Continuing Resident refers to a resident who already lives in Weber State housing and plans to continue living with us for the next academic year.
*NOTE: Only University Village Buildings 1 and 2 are available during the summer semester:
Housing Application Timeline
Housing applications are approved on a rolling basis and in the order the applications are received. Assignments are made based on date of application.
October 2025 - January 2026
October 1, 2025: SPRING 2026 Application Opens
November 1, 2025: Spring Assignments Begin
- Fall Residents Request for Release Deadline
January 3, 2026: Spring Move-In
February - May 2026
February 16, 2026: Academic Year Housing Application Opens
- First-year students begin applying in your Housing Portal. Please note that your reservation time will be determined when you complete your application. Apply early!
March 16, 2026: Summer Housing Application Opens
March 2026: Returning Students Only Housing Room Selection Begins
April 2026: Summer Students' Room Assignments Will Begin
May 2026: New Students' Room Selection Begins
- All Housing Students who have been accepted by this date have the opportunity to create roommate groups and select their rooms based on availability.
August 2026
August 1, 2026: Application Cancellation Deadline
- Housing Registration Deadline: Students must be registered at Weber State to live on campus. Housing applicants must be registered for classes by this date or they may be dropped from housing.
August 22, 2026: FALL MOVE-IN! 🎉
