The A.A.S Early Childhood, B.S. Early Childhood, and B.S.Early Childhood Education Programs at Weber State University are accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Early Childhood Higher Education Programs of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, www.naeyc.org. The accreditation term runs from March 2018 through March 2025.

The Family Studies Program at Weber State University has met the Standards and Criteria required for the Provisional Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) designation from the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR). The next renewal date is May 31, 2027.
The Melba S. Lehner Children’s School at Weber State University is accredited by the Accreditation of Early Learning Programs of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, www.naeyc.org. The accreditation term runs from 1/2018 through 1/2023. The other lab program, WSU Charter Academy, is currently in the self-study phase of the NAEYC Accreditation.
