Welcome back for fall semester, Wildcats! To celebrate returning to in-person, Weber State wants to give you a warm Wildcat Welcome! There will be a wide variety of activities throughout the first four weeks of the fall semester. So get social, enjoy FREE food, and grab some WSU swag! Many departments have organized events to promote student involvement in the numerous extracurriculars offered at Weber State. I have highlighted a few of these events that will be taking place during the first few weeks of the semester. The following events are organized in chronological order. Remember to double-check the campus assigned to each event!

Highlighted Events

American Red Cross Blood Battle

Monday, August 30 - Friday, September 3
@ Dee Event Center on Ogden Campus

There is an urgent need for blood donations, and you can be part of the solution. You will have the opportunity to participate in the American Red Cross Blood Battle during the first week of 2021’s fall semester. The Blood Battle is a competition for the most units of blood donated among Utah’s Universities. You can sign up for a time slot to donate blood here. The Athletics Department has set a goal of 1,000 blood donors to beat our previous record of 800 donors just last winter. Our blood drive during the heat of the pandemic was the largest blood donation in Utah in over a decade! Let’s unify as a student body and represent our university once again!
