Faculty Canvas App Check-in

In order for the Testing Center to proctor your tests, this application needs to be filled out to inform the Testing Center of the parameters for your exam on Canvas. This is not connected to Canvas and the Testing staff does not have access to your Canvas Quizzes. Without this step, your exams cannot be proctored in a testing center. 

Steps To Complete Application

1. Go to link
2. Click on the course you want to populate.
3. Under that course, all quizzes set up in Canvas are listed. Select the exam you want to activate.
4. Next, there will be a box that should be self-explanatory. Fill out instructions to students and to proctor staff. Select the testing aids you want to authorize. Testing Center staff will strictly follow these literal instructions.
5. Remember to “Save” your work.

Now the Testing Center is ready to administer your exam!
