Student Advisory Board

The Honors Student Advisory Board (HSAB) acts as the student leadership organization for honors student activities and serves as representatives for the Honors Program. Board members organize events, attend board meetings, assist in recruitment, provide feedback for decision-making in the Honors Program and help shape a welcoming environment for students.

Jai Earhart

Bio

Jai is a senior majoring in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. They plan to apply to graduate school this fall to obtain a Ph.D. in Experimental or Social Psychology. Jai is involved in several research projects in the psychology department and has presented several projects at regional and national conferences. In their free time they enjoy watching movies, playing games, cooking, baking, spending time outdoors, and playing with their service dog in training, Rory.

Bio

My name is Raissa, and I am majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in international studies. I was born and raised in Brazil in the Amazon region. I am passionate about learning languages, sustainable development and an avid admirer of criminology. I am a huge Harry Potter fan, and my house is Gryffindor. When not dedicating time to Weber, you often can find me spending time with my spouse and my two Yorkshire Ramie and Rafiki or playing golf.

James Goodsell

Bio

Hi, I am James. I am currently studying biology, history and economics (along with anything else as long as I have the caffeine in me to keep reading). When I can be pulled out of the library I am an outdoorsman at heart and love having a campus that backs up onto the mountains. I enjoy everything from rock climbing to white water rafting. I hope to one day pursue my PhD and teach and do a little research. I spend way too much of my time in the honors center guzzling the free coffee so I should be there if anyone comes around. I hope to see y'all up there this semester.
