Weber Cares Pantry

Since 2011, the Weber Cares Program has strived to increase healthy eating options, decrease food insecurity, and increase students’ ability to stay in school and finish their degrees. The Weber Cares Food & Resource Pantry provides free food to the WSU community to ensure food is not a barrier to academic success.

The Weber Cares Pantry will be closed during Spring Break (March 4-10).

The pantry is open for in-person services at the Ogden Campus in the Stewart Library room 224

Library 2nd Floor Map

Spring 2024 Hours: 

  • Monday: Noon - 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday: Noon - 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday: Noon - 5 p.m.
  • Thursday: Noon - 5 p.m. 
  • Friday: 9 a.m. - Noon

*For questions or if you need access to the pantry outside of the hours listed above, please visit Shepherd Union room 324 or call 801-626-7737 for assistance on Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

How to Help

You can:

  • Donate perishable and non-perishable food items and resources
    • Donations can be dropped off at Shepherd Union room 324 on Monday through Friday
    • Please contact us ahead of time to plan a drop-off (webercarespantry@weber.edu)
  • Give a monetary donation 
    • Financial donations will help with the purchase of necessary food and resources for the pantry, as well as funding emergency food vouchers for students
  • Host a food and/or resources drive
  • Volunteer with the Weber Cares Pantry
