The purpose of the Student Council shall include the following items:
* Represent the Davis Campus student rights, interests and opinions to the Weber State University Faculty, Staff, Administration and WSUSA governing body.
* Promote the development of students’ skills in leadership, program organization, promotion, communication, initiative and self reliance.
* Provide quality opportunities for academic and extracurricular experiences as well as promote student involvement in university clubs, organizations, events, and activities.
* Promote the values of the WSUSA.
