In addition to our ballrooms, we have a variety of classrooms and conference rooms that seat 10 to 100 people, as well as two lecture halls that, when combined, seat up to 200. Each provides traditional classroom seating with full audio/visual capabilities.
Ballrooms
We provide a stage, podiums, projectors, screens and audio for clear viewing and sound. Our ballrooms have many different setup styles, with additional space for more in the large adjacent atrium or outdoor areas.
Community members are also welcome to reserve our ballrooms.
Room Rental Pricing
- WSU entities: no room rental charge.
- 30% Discount: Community nonprofits, government entities (including Hill Air Force Base) and USHE Schools.
- Full day: more than four hours.
- Half day: less than four hours.
- Cancellation fee will reflect 25% of the contract.
Service/Equipment Fees
Specialty items not in the WSU Davis Inventory are priced as charged by the provider.
Custodial Fees
All WSU departments are responsible for Facilities Management work orders. Fees may include opening and/or closing the divider for combined D2-110/111, garbage, stage and other setup needs. Charged to department cost code.
