Event Cancellation 

Dear Unity Conference Community,

We are writing to share the difficult news that we have made the decision to cancel the Unity Conference 2025, Redacted: Navigating the Complexities of Censorship, which was scheduled for Oct. 2 and 3 at Weber State University.

This was not a decision we made lightly. After careful consideration of concerns raised by conference planners and participants, we have determined we cannot in good conscience deliver the high-quality, meaningful experience that our community expects and deserves. That said, in keeping with the spirit of the conference theme, we remain committed to navigating these complexities and hope to continue the conference in the future in a way that fully reflects our mission and values.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, especially for those who have already made travel plans, submitted proposals, or dedicated time to prepare. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm and support for the conference and its important theme.

We look forward to finding new ways to gather, learn, and grow together in the spirit of unity.
