2026 Week-Long Events
Treats & Tokens
Free hot beverages (cocoa, tea, cider) and fun, inspirational pocket tokens, all week! Hosted by Student Health and Wellness in Wildcat Center, Room 210, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Gratitude Cards
Stop outside the Counseling & Psychological Services Center in the Student Services Center (SC) 280 and write a note of gratitude to someone important to your life. There will be thank you cards for you to take as gratitude has been proven to improve overall wellbeing by decreasing stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. Available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Rock Painting
Hosted by Learning Support in Tracy Hall 101, stop by between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The Gratitude Gateway
Hosted by Safe@Weber in the Student Services Center (SC) 186. Stop by from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Dance & Wellness Library Book Display
Check out the book display on the second floor of the Stewart Library during Wellbeing Week.
DCHP Healthy Snack Tables
Providing healthy snacks for all students on all tables in the Marriott Health Building. Available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Puzzles
Puzzles will be available all week in the Writing Center (EH 210) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Coloring & Play-Doh Station
Hosted by the Honors program. Stop by Stewart Library Room 324.
Stress Relief Center
Stop by the Stress Relief Center in Swenson 125 to unwind and recharge. Open Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Pantry Punch Card + Trivia w/ Raffle Prizes & Decorate Water Bottle
Students can obtain a punch card from the Basic Needs Center in Shepherd Union (SU) 322, visit the pantry for their punch, and submit it into a raffle to win prizes! We will also offer reusable water bottle decoration all week in our Basic Needs Center.
Chair Yoga, Healthy Snacks, Calming Music
Dental Hygiene is hosting chair yoga, healthy snacks, and calming music for students between classes in clinics.
