Ashleigh Berkley

801-626-6090
Pronouns: she/her/hers

  • Ashleigh started working as a Peer Educator at Safe@Weber in January 2026.  During her first semester of college, she found community in Safe@Weber (formerly known as the Women’s Center).  That was where she learned about the importance of advocacy work and building a supportive community.  One thing that she enjoys about both her job and college is the opportunity she gets to learn about people who are different from her.  She believes that the things that make us different should be celebrated and her goal in this position and in life is to lift up the voices of populations who have historically been excluded from society. Ashleigh is also passionate about advocating for humane treatment of all animals.  She is majoring in Zoology and is planning on attending grad school so that she can live her dream of becoming a large animal veterinarian.
