Activity Waivers

The Department of Political Science & Philosophy offers activity scholarships to political science & philosophy majors and minors.

Activity Waivers

Amnesty International Activity Waiver

Criteria:

  • Must be willing to serve as an officer in the Human Rights Club
  • Citizen/affidavit
  • Attendance level: full-time (12-18 credit hours/semester)
  • Utah resident
  • Weber State GPA between 2.5 and 4.0

Ethics Bowl Activity Waiver

Criteria:

  • Participation in the Ethics Bowl team
  • Citizen/affidavit
  • Attendance level: full-time (12-18 credit hours/semester)
  • Utah resident
  • Weber State GPA between 2.5 and 4.0

Moot Court Activity Waiver

Criteria:

  • Participation on the Moot Court team
  • Citizen/affidavit
  • Attendance level: full-time (12-18 credit hours/semester)
  • Utah resident
  • Weber State GPA between 2.5 and 4.0

Model United Nations Activity Waiver

Criteria:

  • Participation on the Model United Nations Team
  • Citizen/affidavit
  • Attendance level: full-time (12-18 credit hours/semester)
  • Utah resident
  • Minimum Weber State GPA: 2.5
  • Weber State GPA between 2.5 and 4.0
